SIDEWINDER CYCLE COMPANY
President: Manufacture a patented three wheel recumbent cycle for the rental
and consumer markets.

President: Manufacture truck service bodies and toolboxes. Turn-around
consulting project of Integrated Strategic Resources, Inc. At request of Client's Board of
Directors, took hands-on responsibility for management of Client during 1993.
