WORK EXPERIENCE:

1982-2000            INTEGRATED STRATEGIC RESOURCES, INC.
President:  Provide forensic consulting services and litigation support on logistics, material handling and manufacturing issues. Provide Crisis Management Consulting services to industrial and commercial client base. Other services include Productivity Improvement, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Valuation, and Strategic Planning.

1995-1999           SIDEWINDER CYCLE COMPANY
President:  Manufacture a patented three wheel recumbent cycle for the rental and consumer markets.

1992-1995           RMF METAL FABRICATORS, INC.
President:  Manufacture truck service bodies and toolboxes. Turn-around consulting project of Integrated Strategic Resources, Inc. At request of Client's Board of Directors, took hands-on responsibility for management of Client during 1993.

1981-1982           C & H DATAPUNCH, INC.
President:  Data Processing company providing inventory, payroll, general accounting, and other data processing support to major corporate accounts.

1979-1981            DUREX, INC.,
Vice President Manufacturing and General Manager:  300 person unionized manufacturer of metal components and consumer products.

1976-1977            MIDDLESEX COUNTY COLLEGE, NJ.
Adjunct Professor:  Taught Warehousing and Inventory Control in an adult evening program concurrent with tenure at Deloitte & Touche.

1972-1979            DELOITTE & TOUCHE
Senior Management Consultant:  Provided consulting to both public and private sector clients in productivity improvement and logistics management in the manufacturing and retail industries.

1966-1972            GENERAL FOODS CORPORATION
Senior Industrial Engineer and Assistant Industrial Engineering Department Head:  Responsible for project engineering in material handling, distribution, and warehousing, and manufacturing efficiency.

1963-1966           WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORP.
Industrial Engineer:  Responsible for wage incentives, production methods and layouts, and material handling.

1962-1963           GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION
Methods Engineer:  Responsible for production and material handling cost reduction.
